You’ve passed your biggest challenge, and it actually creates something.
Congratulations, you are doing better than the average person. Now you will be busy with the details of how to make your business running from day to day.
There are several things you should look at:
1. What are your abilities and what you like? Make a list of things you can and can not. Look at the second list, and observe, whether there is a possibility for outsourcing or automation? Do you prefer to plan the future prospects, and let your accountant do the financial work for you? And do you have to make a FAQ that you can post on your website, or reply to every question yourself, or buy an autoresponder? In the early stages you may feel do not have enough money to pay someone, but you are not able to swap someone’s skills with yours, right?
2. Why are you doing this? You should be able to keep your motivation in starting a business. And the best way to do this is to know the reasons. What moves you up in the morning and do the things you do not usually do? Write down the reasons for it, take a look as a reminder of your hard work.
3. How do you overcome the obstacles in your business? How do you react to a problem is important, because not everything you do will be perfect, in fact, can be a disaster. If you hide behind your shell and give up on the flop, you should not do business. It’s all about how you behave.
4. Committed to the plan you created, but remain flexible and open minded. Often, an unexpected opportunity comes and you should be ready to seize it. As said by Joe Vitale “Money likes speed”
5. Learn from someone. See how they do it, this is very valuable and will drive you up from difficult times.
