They are the ones who determine how the market changes and how to incorporate new ways to reach the target changes. Business analyst will be the first to know if there is a new technology available in the market, and how the new program can be utilized to assist the Company. By looking at the situation of “what if”, the business analyst will be able to determine what will be work and what will be not work at all. Professional business analyst will be able to put back a company that is experiencing difficulty returning to the top rank.

A certified business analyst is trained to recognize problems and come up with solutions. He can listen to what management says and turn it into facts and figures that can be incorporated into the project program. Listening is one of the best attribute that is owned by a business analyst.

When listening to a professional business analyst, he would hear what was said. They will also hear what is implied. Management may know what the problem is, just do not know how to fix it in a timely manner. Listening to all parties involved will give analysts a broader scope than the problem itself. This may mean have a meeting with IT Team and other employees to resume the problem. Listening to a lower level team can lead to the discovery of a problem that nobody even knows what problem that exists.

Business analysts can be from internal and external of the business. The most important thing is that they can see the project objectively and determine what actions will waste the time and what is not. A different perspective is always a new beginning to run any program. It is important to not follow the same path. If It did not work before, why should be tried again?

It is important to bring someone who has a creative side. Someone with a good ability to manage a group of people to motivate them into action. A good business analyst will do the very details job. Acting as a liaison between different teams and different departments, make a business analysts can maintain each unit to know every information about what had happened. He can delegate the task and clearly explaining what should be done and why. He allowed the freedom of expression and allows one to generate fantastic ideas that may have been brought up earlier.

This can cause frustration to implement plans which have been prepared, but no longer a feasible solution to solving problems. Business analysts are not going to let this happen. He will see the end goal and keeping up with changes that could affect the results. Perfect business analyst is to follow what is needed and what is desired. He could use the information to develop a flexible plan. The plan, which is made starting from plan “A”, plan “B” etc. that allows a business analyst to modify or develop new needs. No wonder when a business analyst get an expensive paid from the company.
