Are You Successful Comunicator? ImageThere are many ways you can do to improve communication skills. Open up a conversation with mutual respect. “If you have a minute, I want to talk to you about something that I think can improve the way we work together”, this will make you start a conversation and would give the impression that you have a positive intention.
There are many examples of no use to do, ie: trying to change others, trying to control their reaction, or go with an unknown destination to others.
Interested in all things
Being interested in many things, is the best way, to improve the ability to interact and curiosity is the most useful tool in a communication. When you open a conversation with the mind of a beginner, you will be adopting the attitude of a learner.

You do not need to pretend to ask the honest or open questions. Because they would by itself. If you listen, you can reflect on what is said (and not).

You will find information and ease tension.
If there is no question that comes to, you can respond to what you hear with, “Okay, I know. Tell me more”
One of the reasons why we do not feel curious is because we are unconsciously equate the curiosity with a treaty. We think that if we do not immediately express our disapproval, then the other person will assume we agree with him. You are wasting your time for thinking like this. This will prevent you from knowing the whole, and from learning where your partner come from is.
If someday you are in a difficult conversation, give a gift, a very difficult question that you and your partner do not know the answer. Look at what happened. You will learn many things and feel more powerful. Remember, unlike listening to an agreement. Could mean that you are an active learner and skilled, a good partner, and be aware of yourself. Live, learn, and enjoy your time.
